_Organising, producing and carrying out the I International Avocado Conference on the island of La Palma, attended by world-renowned Michelin star chefs.
_Artwork and production for the presence of the Tenerife Tourism Office at Madrid Fusion 2016. Planning the main event to present the Tenerife Eating Experience brand as well as designing various live cooking demonstration formats and exhibitions within the conference.
_Artwork and production for the presentation event of the Tenerife Tourism Office at the World Travel Market in London. This involved coordinating more than 40 people and 200 VIP guests.
_Participating alongside the Padrón brothers at the 2017 Chef of the Year event in Hamburg, Germany, coordinating the presentations and the Canary Islands’ presence at the event.

_Coordinating and producing the presence of the Padrón brothers at the international Tasting Spain event in Bordeaux (France) for the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX), in collaboration with the event’s culinary organisers, Ferrán Adrià and José Andrés.
_Representing the Media and Institutional Relations Office of the Michelin-star restaurant El Rincón de Juan Carlos.
_Advising the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort in the area of Culinary R&D. Providing solutions and creativity to improve the hotel’s presence in the culinary scene, as well as designing and planning food-related events, such as the Inspirational Chef Programme, attended by Michelin-star chefs three times a year.
_We are currently developing the audiovisual brands for Martín Berasategui’s restaurants. This project is underway, although Lasarte Martín Berasategui, a Barcelona restaurant with three Michelin stars, has already been completed. Work has begun on the next restaurant, Casa Madre de Berasategui in the Basque Country.
_Creating the advertising campaign and artwork, and planning the grand opening event for The Duke Shops, with a budget of more than €90,000.

_Promotional campaign for the Tenerife Island Council, ‘Memories of a Destination’, which received several international awards at tourism festivals.
_Campaña promocional para Cabildo de Tenerife, campaña Tenerife Wine: “El Principio de la Historia”. Estrenado en la World Travel Market.
_Promotional video titled ‘El Amor Existe’, connecting the tourist experience with cuisine, for the Santiago del Teide town council. So far this year, the video has received four first-prizes at tourism audiovisual festivals.
_Promotional video ‘San Hô Restaurant – Royal Hideaway Corales Beach – Adults Only’.
_Directing and producing the Gran Canaria and Lanzarote episodes of the ‘El Chef Viajero’ documentary series for the Canary Islands Government.
_High-quality recipe video series for the Tenerife Tourism Office as part of the strategy to showcase the value of the island’s local products.
